By accessing or using the Easinow platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

2. Use of Service

Easinow provides an online platform that connects users seeking services with independent service providers. We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide any of the services listed on the platform.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform, or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

4. Booking Policy

When you book a service through Easinow, you are entering into an agreement directly with the service provider. Easinow facilitates this connection but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the provider.

All bookings are subject to the availability of the service provider. While we strive to ensure accurate scheduling, we cannot guarantee that all booking requests will be confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking, including your address, contact details, and a description of the services you need. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your booking or suspension of your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

A booking payment reserves your provider's time slot and is non-refundable by default. You can cancel a booking at any time from My Bookings, but the payment is not automatically returned. If you believe your circumstances are exceptional, contact support and our team will review it.

If a provider cancels your booking, our team reviews the case and decides whether a refund is warranted, and you are free to rebook with the same or a different provider. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on your ability to make future bookings through the platform.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for services booked through Easinow are processed through our secure payment system. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total amount of the service, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Prices displayed on the platform are set by individual service providers and may vary. Any estimates provided before a booking is confirmed are approximate and the final price may differ based on the actual scope of work.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Easinow reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of policy violations or suspected fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

Easinow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform or the quality of services provided by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easinow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Easinow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the platform or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
